StarLine is a pre-configured liquid manure trailer, where the most requested solutions are gathered in one well-equipped model. By working with a fixed concept, we can offer a short delivery time while keeping the price down. The result is a liquid manure trailer that can be quickly and efficiently put into operation.

StarLine is sold on a first come, first served basis, and payment is only made upon collection, which provides a simple and clear purchasing process.

Well-Engineered Tank Construction

The tank is constructed in stainless steel (EN 1.4307) and executed as a single compartment tank with a dome-shaped baffle located in the middle of the tank. This ensures stable driving and reduces liquid movements during transport.

The tank is self-supporting and mounted at the front on a console with a 2” king bolt and at the rear on a 4-axle bogie. The front and rear ends are designed with rounded end plates and polished finish.

Efficient Pump and Crane System

Centrifugal pump (Harsø)
Capacity up to approximately 16,000 litres/min.
Rotary pump (Börger EL 1550)

Automatic switching between pumps via hydraulic spool valves
Auto-draining of crane
External filling and emptying via 6” connection
The pump well also functions as a stone trap and is equipped with drainage, sampling and level control.

Advanced control

Controlled via PLC control unit and radio control (Scanreco) with display and proportional control. This provides precise operation and high comfort for the driver. Central lubrication (Lincoln) is mounted on the crane, pumps, and axles for minimal maintenance.

Safety, lighting and equipment

Complete LED light package, work lamps, rotor flashers and camera setup for increased safety. In addition, the trailer is equipped with cyclist protection, underrun protection, toolbox, and well-thought-out connections for air, electricity, and hydraulics.

Pump

Powerful 10" stainless steel crane installation with three hydraulic joints and a large reach. Fitted with both centrifugal pump and rotary pump, providing maximum flexibility for both filling and emptying.
