3 x 25-year anniversary

We have had the pleasure of celebrating 3 x 25-year anniversaries at VM Tarm.

Heine Pedersen became part of our team at the age of 21 and was actually the first with a completely different background - he is a trained farmer. He quickly proved to be one of our most skilled employees and is now our chairman. Heine has managed to create a strong sense of unity among our team, where everyone stands together to help each other.

Michael Hindbo started with us back in 1991 and was trained here. He quickly gained recognition as one of the best in the dairy hall. We even used his work to train our other employees. With his focus on quality, he was later promoted to chairman in the dairy hall and is now part of our components department, where he helps approve tanks.

Jens F. Jensen was trained at Herning Slaughterhouse, and it actually took us two years to convince him to switch to VM Tarm and use his education for stainless work. This has proven to be a great success for us. He quickly earned the nickname Jens Lyn because of his ability to always stay ahead with planning.

These three employees each represent the spirit we value at VM Tarm a/s. Keep up the good work!
