Every year we donate part of our profits to charitable causes. We have actually been doing this for many years. It's not something we talk about loudly, as we believe it's just part of our responsibility as a company.

But we tell our employees that they should be proud when they have done something they are proud of and try to push the Law of Jante a bit to the ground. So maybe we should also try to do that..?!

Here at VM Tarm, we are proud to support various initiatives and organizations, both large and small – local and global initiatives.

This year, we have, for example, donated to:

Extension of the house for the scouts in Tarm

We are pleased to contribute to the extension of the scout house in Tarm. The scouting movement is known for shaping young people and teaching them important life skills. By giving them a new place to explore nature and learn about teamwork, we encourage positive development among the youth in our community.

Sponsor of the football clubs in Tarm and Herning

We are a sponsor in both the Herning and Tarm football clubs. We are happy to contribute to strengthening the community that sports brings with it. Football brings us together, and we are excited to support the youth in the clubs.

Women Workers’ Training Centre in Nagalapuram, India

Here, women receive training in topics such as reproductive health, women's rights, and waste management. This is a project we have supported for several years. Besides the education of women in these important areas, nurses are also trained, and the centre offers vision checks as well as eye surgeries.

School cycling at Tarm School

We are excited to support the school cycling program at Tarm School. Promoting an active lifestyle and sustainable transportation options is an investment in our local community and our future generations. The students get a trip to WOW park.
