On the occasion of International Women's Day - meet Camilla

We are seeing more and more women in vocational training, and here at VM Tarm a/s, we also have some incredibly cool women in production.

We will continue to strive to increase gender diversity and encourage more women to enter the industry. We want more role models, which hopefully will lead to more women pursuing education and becoming craftsmen.

For us, women are a huge asset in an otherwise male-dominated industry, and a day like today is a great reminder of the importance of diversity.

Never let anyone tell you that there is something you can't do – do like Camilla here: “...prove the opposite and keep going.”

In that context, we would also like to mention that we have been supporting the Women Workers’ Training Centre in Nagalapuram, India, for a long time. Young women are educated in reproductive health, women's rights, waste management, etc. We will, of course, continue to do so this year.
