Two new artworks created by the employees at VM Tarm

The artworks that now adorn the factory in Tarm are the result of an internal collaboration project, where several employees from production have worked side by side to create something truly special. The goal has been to strengthen the community and give employees the opportunity to contribute to the company's visual and cultural expression. Kampler Kommunikation has led the project and team building.

​The employees have themselves been responsible for idea development, design, and execution of the artworks, which span both creative craftsmanship and technical details.

The artworks were unveiled at an internal event with speeches, food, and fun for all employees. The project has already created great enthusiasm internally and is a visible proof that well-being and collaboration can take many forms.
